Role : Senior Sourcing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sourcing Specialist to join our global tech client.

In this role, you will be instrumental in identifying and attracting exceptional talent to drive the company's growth and innovation. Your expertise in market analysis, sourcing strategies, and candidate engagement will be crucial in building robust talent pipelines to support our initiatives.

Responsibilities :
* with recruiters and hiring managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of hiring needs.
* job descriptions meticulously to determine the necessary skill sets for each job family and talent pipeline.
* talent intelligence platforms to assess talent markets, offering insightful hiring recommendations and devising robust sourcing strategies.
* advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches, x-ray, open-source intelligence (OSINT) to pinpoint high caliber talent pools.
* innovative, genuine outreach and attraction strategies to engage with targeted talent pools, as well as screen and evaluate candidates’ skills and experiences.
* refine sourcing tactics based on ongoing analysis and feedback, ensuring each talent pipeline maintains qualified and active candidates.
